Global Advocate for Men's Mental and Emotional Health
Kat Anna is the Founder of Men Need Love Too (MNLT), a global movement and platform dedicated to giving men a voice, emotional safety, and meaningful connection. She is a public advocate, speaker, and coach for men’s mental and emotional health. Kat is leading international advocacy through a global petition calling on the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations (UN) to include men in domestic violence data collection, addressing systemic gaps in global reporting. Through public advocacy, private 1:1 coaching, and her membership community Kings Academy, she is building accessible support structures for men worldwide.
