My name is Kat.
For years, my work has been centered around the nervous system, safe touch, and helping people feel regulated in their bodies. I own and run a healing center where people come to slow down, feel held, and reconnect with themselves.

Over time, many men found their way into that space. They arrived because their bodies recognized safety.

I was born and raised in Europe and have lived in three different countries. I currently live in Ontario, Canada. Living across cultures shaped how I see people, systems, and patterns. It taught me to notice whose experiences are spoken about, whose are minimized, and what gets left out entirely.

In sessions and conversations, men shared parts of themselves they had carried quietly for years. They spoke about pressure, loneliness, burnout, touch deprivation, relationships, fatherhood, responsibility, and the weight of being expected to carry so much alone.

They spoke because their nervous systems finally felt calm enough to tell the truth.

Alongside my work, I am raising a teenage boy who is growing into a young man. Motherhood deepened everything I already understood. A few years ago, I asked my son a simple question about how he experiences the world. His answer came without hesitation.

“Mom, no one gives a shit about men. I already know this.”

That moment stayed with me.

I was hearing the same truth from adult men every day, and now I was hearing it from my own child. What I witnessed in my work mirrored the world he was learning to navigate.

In my personal life, I know and love many men who have experienced assault, threats, false accusations, public humiliation, and verbal abuse. I have seen how these experiences shape mental health, relationships, confidence, and a sense of safety. This awareness shaped my direction and strengthened my commitment.

Men Need Love Too grew from lived experience.

I stand for truth.
I stand for love.
I stand for compassion for all humans.
I believe men are deeply valuable, deeply sensitive, and deeply capable of greatness.
Their humanity deserves to be honored, protected, and spoken about with clarity and care.

This movement exists to give men visibility, voice, and dignity.
It exists to gather real data, tell the truth clearly, and create a record that lasts.

This petition may become my legacy.
A way for future generations to know that I saw men clearly, that I cared deeply, that I loved them, and that I believed in who they are and who they are becoming.

This work is personal to me.

And I will continue to speak from this place.

With all my Love

Kat Anna
